Hi. My name is Jeanne and I read your review of the Casino Fortune software. I found their software really clear and I love the size of the slot machines. They are big enough so you don't have to squint. It makes playing much more enjoyable.

As far as the games themselves, I found that Casino Fortune's games seem to pay out more than others. I was surprised when I started playing Caribbean Stud that I actually got a winning hand and the dealer qualified. In fact all of the games seem very fair and user friendly. I don't ever feel that the games are in any way pre-programmed. I've won in almost all of the games I played, although I was not fortunate enough to cash them out. I loved playing so much that I continued to pay. Every time I play at Casino Fortune the only thing that comes to mind is winning. I very rarely feel that I am going to lose. I feel one day I am going to hit the big one and I hope it's soon.

Unlike the other casinos, the software and games have a classy look. The performance of the software is also good. I have never had any problems with the games.

Additionally, bonuses are posted very quickly

I hope more games are added in the near future, e.g. Let It Ride and other poker games where other players can join in to make it seem more realistic. This could also make other players feel more comfortable because they know and see actual players and not with just a computer.

Otherwise, my overall rating of the software is in the 90%-95% range.

I am having so much fun I can hardly stand myself, as attached picture shows. Starting playing at Casino Fortune and dealing with Sunny Grp. three years ago, and what an experience I have had. This is my 4th progressive win, this one being the largest. There is not another group that compares with you all, nor a more fun casino. The vip service is outstanding, once I even got a camcorder when my grandson was born!!! Can you believe it?? So many nice surprises. The pay outs are fast and no problems ever!! Now, I was a little concerned to say the least when they changed software, but I hung in with them, and look at the return I got!

What a thrill it was to open my email yesterday! A surprising letter from Casino Fortune announced I had won the lotto for a $125 prize!!!! The entertaining informative Sunny newsletters were how I discovered the lotto game, so I encourage everyone to enjoy them. That's how I ended up with the prize, which after my wagering magically turned into $140.

Hello I would like to thank you as well for your staff has been "THE BEST" in customer service. I have had a few issues that are being looked into at the moment. The suggestion that I have is that It would be helpful to be able to access your balance history. That is the only problem I have run into. I also would appreciate it if you could "PLEASE" tell management how wonderful Reed is. He is currently working on a few problems that are very time consuming.
