In Order to make a deposit you must first download the Casino Fortune software.
For complete step-by-step instructions on downloading and installing Casino Fortune, go to getting started section.

You then need to open your real money account.
After you receive you real-money username and password, you are ready to make a deposit into your Casino Fortune account.

Start the Casino Fortune program, and select the "Real money mode" option.
Enter your real username and password in the Login window.
Select "Cashier" from the lower-left corner of the lobby followed by pressing the "Deposit" button.
Select you desired deposit method

Credit Card transaction are credited to accounts upon approval.

Wire Transfer deposits take 2 business days to arrive at our bank. Your account will be credited as soon as our bank receives the transfer.

Bank Draft / Personal check deposits take about a week to reach our offices. It takes additional 10 days for a Bank Draft to be cleared and about 21 days for a Personal check to be cleared.

Please note that the first phase of a Bank Draft / Personal Check deposit is dependent on regular world wide mail and may vary depending on your location and/or other factors.

To withdraw money from your account go to Cashier and select the "withdraw" button.

Winnings under $50 will be credited back to your Casino balance.

Please choose your preferred payout method from the options available.

Bank drafts will be sent to your billing address, as specified by you during the account registration process, using regular worldwide mail. Please make sure that the specified billing address is correct to avoid delays. If this address has been changed please contact out Customer Service department at support@casinofortune.com and also forward any utility bill bearing this new address. Please allow between 14 – 21 business days for delivery. There is a cost of $18 unless you are a member of one of our VIP clubs.

If you request a bank draft to be sent via Courier there is a cost of $35 to the USA or $40 to other countries. Delivery generally takes 3-5 business days to locations in the USA and Canada.

When selecting Wire Transfer as the preferred method for withdraws, you will be asked to fill in your bank account details. There is a $20 deduction from your winnings to cover the transfer fee unless you are a member of one of our VIP clubs.

Alternative Methods: Winnings can also be credited to your Alternative EWallets.

You can track the status of your withdraw requests by entering the cashier and selecting the “Transaction history” screen. The status column in this screen identifies each transaction’s exact phase.

When you make a withdrawal, your withdrawal request remains "Pending" for a period of 72 hrs. which accommodates the reversal of all or part of your cashins to your casino account for continued play. By entering the "Pending Withdraws" screen in the "Withdraw" section in the cashier you can view all your Withdrawal requests that are waiting to be processed.

As mentioned, all Withdraw requests awaiting to be processed show up in the "Pending Withdraws" screen in "Withdraw" section in Cashier, for about 72 hours from your initial Withdraw request date. You can cancel a Withdraw request as long as they show up in the "Pending Withdraws" screen, and return the requested amount back to your casino account for continued play.
